Florida Prospex's

The Florida Prospex's are a 501 c3 organization with the  mission to develop, advance, and promote young ladies in a competitive and positive softball  environment.   The ultimate goal is to provide not only an opportunity to develop softball skills, but to develop the necessary life skills of confidence, leadership, working as a team, and sportsmanship that will serve each young lady well for the rest of their adult lives.  Together, the players, parents, and coaches of the Prospex's are striving to never be outworked, and are always aiming for the next level.

 

The goals of the Florida Prospex organization are to provide high level coaching, instruction and guidance so athletes can grow and excel in high level competition. Wherever possible, the lead instructors of a team are non-parents.

The unique aspect about the Florida Prospex's is that we do not have a huge amount of teams. The focus is on individual player development and not a money making scheme. 

Currently, we have an 18U Premier, 16U Select, and 14U Futures teams playing a national level schedule.  We don't want our athletes to get lost in the crowd or never seen at the main event. Our teams & athletes will be on the field with the best of the best to become their best & be seen by college coaches competing at the highest level. 

The Florida Prospex's educates the whole athlete and provides great opportunities to excel and compete at the college level.
